Hair Fall- Say No!! Hair fall problem is a common problem now a days. Below are some tips to reduce hair fall: 1.Onion Juice: Onions are rich in Sulphur which makes your hair thick. Apply Onion juice on your hair for 2 months on a regular basis twice in a week.Apply for 30 minutes and after that wash your hair with shampoo. 2.Fenugreek Seeds(Methi)- Fenugreek Seeds(Methi) contains significant amount of protein and nicotine acid,both of these elements helps in strengthening of your hair. Make a paste of 1 tablespoon of fenugreek Seeds(Methi), add little amount of coconut oil. Apply this paste on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes and wash your hair with shampoo. 3.Phyllanth Emblica or Gooseberry (Amla)- Amla is a good source of vitamin-C. Vitamin C keeps your hair healthy. But the chemical colours that we use are very harmful for our skins and below are some tips that will help you to get rid of these colours: Do not apply direct shampoo on your hair just after playing Holi as this will make your hair dry and frizzy. Apply curd on your hair for about 45 minutes and wash your hair first by water and then with shampoo. After shampoo apply mustard oil on your for about 1 hour and again wash your hair with shampoo. This will help in getting rid of extra colours remaining in your hair and also will protect your hair from getting damaged further. Dip cotton in coconut oil and gently rub on your face to get rid of colours. Do not wash your face by water again and again as this will make your skin dry.
