4 Tips to reduce your hair fall
Hair Fall- Say No!!
Hair fall problem is a common problem now a days. Below are some tips to reduce hair fall:
1.Onion Juice:
Apply Onion juice on your hair for 2 months on a regular basis twice in a week.Apply for 30 minutes and after that wash your hair with shampoo.
Make a paste of 1 tablespoon of fenugreek Seeds(Methi), add little amount of coconut oil. Apply this paste on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes and wash your hair with shampoo.
3.Phyllanth Emblica or Gooseberry (Amla)-
Amla is a good source of vitamin-C. Vitamin C keeps your hair healthy.
Take 2 tablespoon of amla powder,add 2 tablespoon of lemon juice in it and make a paste of it and apply on your hair and wash it with water after paste gets dried.
4.Eggs-
Eggs has traces of Sulphur,Zinc,Iron,Selenium, phosphorus and Iodine which will make your hair thicker and stronger.
Take white part of 1 egg,add 1 tablespoon of honey and olive oil,apply for 20 minutes on your hair and then wash with cool water.
